New HIIT Classes at Hot Yoga Om and other June News

At last, the doors to our hot yoga studio are open! We are ready to continue giving our students a radiant life with healing far-infrared heat. After the past couple of months, it’s so refreshing to practice again in the studio. For those who are not comfortable with in-studio classes, we are pleased to still offer virtual online yoga classes through our private Facebook page.

In-studio yoga classes have resumed with Enrollment limitations. We follow all CDC recommendations and state issued guidelines with classes limited to TEN participants and you must register online. The classes do not involve contact of any kind, including adjustments in postures. You must bring your own mat, blocks and blankets. No studio props will be used.

If you are more comfortable wearing a mask during yoga class please bring your own. If you sign up for a yoga class and do not attend, you will not be refunded. You may, however, remove your name via your on-line account from class prior to class time. Additional private classes may soon be available for small groups. We are excited to have you back!

For anyone who is not comfortable with in-studio classes, you can still connect with the Hot Yoga Om and Dragonfly Yoga instructors through our virtual yoga classes. You can sign up for our virtual online yoga classes here by making a donation and being added to the private Facebook page where you have unlimited access to online classes from our instructors. We have been overwhelmed by the response and positive feedback and are so grateful for this virtual opportunity to connect with existing and new yoga friends!

Welcome to HYO Studio B

Yoga Studio B HIIT cardio and yoga classes

It’s been months in the making and now Hot Yoga Om is sooooo excited to announce the opening of its new room, Studio B. This refreshing fitness space is a natural extension of the Hot Yoga Om Studio, transformed into the perfect atmosphere for new classes and events. Studio B is a non-heated environment for those wanting to try something a little different to strengthen and expand their yoga practice.

Our yoga instructors will offer non-heated classes in Studio B that feature a fusion of yoga and other exercises such as HiiT classes that focus on strength and intensity. Laura Tyree and our energetic yoga teachers have been stirring up their creative thinking and are thrilled to launch this new space. Studio B is located right next door to Hot Yoga Om, right in downtown Fort Walton Beach.

How to Heal

Step One: After work, soul connection with a friend. Direct eye contact. Laughter. Humility. Sisterhood. Truth.

Step Two: Fire Pit, additional sisters. Stories, strength, generosity. Giggles. Questions. Answers. Mysteries. Faith.

Step Three: I’m alone with The Cure, Switchfoot, Coldplay, Pink Floyd.
Ice Bath. ICE BATH…..
I am comfortably numb.

Step Four: Private Fire Puja. Release of Things no longer needed.
I am Burning with Faith.
No words can complete this.

Step Five: MUSIC. VOICE. CLARITY. FREEDOM.

Step Six: Deep Unimaginable SLEEP. Angel dreams. Finally, Finally…… yes…..Peace.
